We had scheduled appointments with 3 agents to discuss the sale of our home.

Susan was quite helpful in establishing a property search according to our wants & needs. Once we found a lot of interest, Susan made the 1 hour drive to the lot and walked the acreage taking numerous photos and videos to provide us great details in order to decide to make an offer. Susan provided good suggestions as to what should be offered and the contingencies tied to the offer; this kept negotiations with the seller to an absolute minimum. Once a contract was in place, Susan kept us well informed as to the progress things. Susan again made the trip to our lot at the time of the soil test/ perc test to represent us and meet with the soil testing engineer. Susan also helped from the beginning by recommending a closing attorney, title company, etc. to use to close the deal. These recommended contacts were very easy to work with and provided excellent communication along with charging reasonable fees for their work. Working with Susan on this purchase was simple and easy.

She kept us informed and updated every step of the way. Susan followed through on every question or request. She listened to what was important to us. We never felt pressured even when the house we were touring was close but did not quite check all the boxes we wanted. We are relocating from out of state and could not be there for everything but Susan never hesitated acting on our behalf. Prior to closing she performed a final walk through for us and sent us the video. She provided information on the neighborhood and location of the nearest stores. If we ever go through this process again, Susan will be our Realtor!

I was a first time homebuyer and she made sure I was aware of every step of the process and worked to get me the best home. She was readily available whenever I needed her. She also worked really closely with us during the closing process to insure inspection concerns were addressed and was able to provide local quotes to ensure we were compensated correctly from inspection report.
